Descripci\u00f3n de la estrategia .<\/h2>\n

Plan Portfolio 1 es un servicio de gesti\u00f3n discrecional de cartera de planes de
\npensiones dirigida a aquellos inversores y ahorradores con un horizonte
\ntemporal m\u00ednimo a largo plazo (5-10 a\u00f1os) que deseen buscar una rentabilidad
\nsuperior a los dep\u00f3sitos bancarios, a la renta fija p\u00fablica y a la inflaci\u00f3n,
\nmanteniendo un nivel de riesgo moderado.<\/p>\n

Con un objetivo de revalorizaci\u00f3n a largo plazo, la estrategia consiste en la
\nelecci\u00f3n de planes de pensiones de gestoras de elevado prestigio.<\/p>\n

Para ello, invertir\u00e1 principalmente a trav\u00e9s de planes diversificados con el
\nobjetivo de superar el coste de la inflaci\u00f3n y con un objetivo de rentabilidad
\nanual del 8%. El peso de los planes de renta fija no tendr\u00e1 un m\u00ednimo, pudiendo
\nllegar al 100% en determinados momentos de incertidumbre. La exposici\u00f3n a
\nplanes de renta variable no podr\u00e1 superar el 50% del valor total de la cartera<\/p>\n

El resto de la cartera se invertir\u00e1 en otro tipo de activos tales como los planes de
\npensiones alternativos o de renta variable con el prop\u00f3sito de lograr la
\nrentabilidad objetivo.<\/p>\n

El objetivo de rentabilidad de la cartera es del 8% anual, con una volatilidad
\nesperada menor del 15% y un m\u00e1ximo drawdown esperado de un -20%.<\/p>\n

La liquidez de la inversi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 la propia de los planes de pensiones. Asimismo el
\ncliente podr\u00e1 realizar cuantas aportaciones adicionales desee con un m\u00ednimo de
\n200\u20ac.<\/p>\n
